Benedict Carey

Benedict Carey has been a science writer for more than 30 years. He's been on staff at magazines and newspapers, including the Los Angeles Times and the New York Times. He is the author of three books: "Island of the Unknowns," and "Poison Most Vial," both science mysteries for young adults; and "How We Learn," a nonfiction exploration of how best to use science to guide learning.
